Our mission with Out of Hours is simple; to empower people to live their best life, on their own terms. We’re on the lookout for people that are growing tired of their usual weekend plans, and instead want to elevate their time, out of hours.

WHY IT WORKS
Our approach is inspired by personal experience, designed using scientific study and research, and developed through feedback and reflection. Our experiences not only educate, but spark an enthusiasm to kickstart individual journeys of personal development.
We use the five pillars of personal growth—social, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual—to inspire change in our community. Personal growth is the process of an individual becoming aware of the 'self' in its entirety, followed by taking steps to address the behavior, attitudes, values, actions, and habits that they wish to change. We deliver extraordinary experiences and inspirational programmes that ignite a passion to become aware of, understand, and change limiting behaviours, making space for you to grow and thrive.
